By accessing or using our website, software, or services, you agree to the following Terms &amp; Conditions.<\/p><h3><strong>Services Provided<\/strong><\/h3><p>NGAI Software provides subscription-based <strong>Assessment-Compliance-Implementation-Monitoring (ACIM) software<\/strong>, downloadable workbooks, and advisory tools.<\/p><h3><strong>Eligibility<\/strong><\/h3><p>Users must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into contracts.<\/p><h3><strong>Subscriptions &amp; Payments<\/strong><\/h3><ul><li>Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled.<\/li><li>Fees are billed monthly\/annually in advance.<\/li><li><strong>No Refund Policy:<\/strong> All payments for licenses, services, and worksheets are non-refundable, without exception.<\/li><\/ul><h3><strong>Trial Periods<\/strong><\/h3><p>Free trials are offered for limited periods. Continuation requires enrollment in a paid subscription.<\/p><h3><strong>Intellectual Property<\/strong><\/h3><p>All software, content, and materials remain the exclusive property of NGAITA LLC. Users are granted a limited, non-transferable license during their subscription.<\/p><h3><strong>User Responsibilities<\/strong><\/h3><ul><li>Use the service lawfully and for internal business purposes only.<\/li><li>Do not attempt to copy, resell, or distribute NGAI proprietary materials.<\/li><\/ul><h3><strong>Confidentiality &amp; Data Protection<\/strong><\/h3><p>Both parties will safeguard confidential information. NGAI Software complies with <strong>CCPA\/CPRA<\/strong> and international standards (GDPR, HIPAA, etc.).<\/p><h3><strong>Security Disclaimer<\/strong><\/h3><p>While NGAI Software employs industry-standard security protocols, <strong>no system is completely secure<\/strong>.
